Your education is important to me, but it should be even more important to you. Among the varying benefits of your math class this year: it will help empower you, it will help you remove your ignorance, it will give you an academic foundation which you can build upon, it will teach you other skills and it will prepare you for life outside of school. I have high expectations of you, I expect you will also have high personal expectations and set SMART goals (we went over what a SMART goal was in class). The decisions ultimately are yours. Be responsible and make us all proud.
